Throughout the survey process we work closely and collaboratively with each client. From questionnaire design to data analysis, our goal is to provide Managers and Boards reliable insights for confident, informed decision-making.
Our Process | What to Expect
Stage 1
Give us a call and tell us what you need to learn. We will orient ourselves to your organization, discuss your objectives, and formulate a plan to get you the answers you need. Then we’ll provide a cost estimate based on the length and complexity of the survey and its analysis.
Stage 2
We’ll work collaboratively with you to design and test a survey that gets at your questions and delivers the insights you’re looking for. We’ll carefully explain the survey architecture so that you’ll understand its structure and flow. You’ll also have the the opportunity to preview the survey before it goes out, giving you confidence that it runs smoothly and covers all the bases.
Stage 3
We’ll monitor returns and mutually decide when to close the survey and begin analysis. The analytical plan will likely include sub-sample analysis to better understand the behind-the-scenes impact of demographic, lifestyle, and life-stage differences. You’ll receive a written report with charts, categorized open-end verbatim comments, and strategic recommendations. A live presentation of results is available at your request.
Member Satisfaction Surveys
You want to know what your members think and how they feel about their Club experience. A tailored satisfaction survey measures key attributes and provides you with an understanding of your strength and opportunity areas. Repeat your member satisfaction survey over time and you’ll be able to track your progress.
First Impression Feedback
You need to know what was conveyed in a prospective member’s visit including what distinguishes your Club and how you stack up within their consideration set. We can point out strengths and weaknesses in positioning and perceptions.
Focus Groups
Sometimes it’s helpful to interview members in person. Face-to-face discussions can provide immediate feedback and deliver new insights or additional angles for further inquiry. Whether your project calls for individual interviews or group discussions, we will facilitate appropriate qualitative research.
Board and Committee Effectiveness
Self-evaluation is a valuable tool for improving organizational governance. Capital Project Prioritization
Clubs usually have a number of potential future projects to consider. Capital Project evaluations provide an opportunity to quantify and understand the sentiments of the whole membership rather than hearing from just the squeaky wheels.
