Food and Beverage Evaluation
Clubs that provide member dining venues know how important the dining experience is to overall member satisfaction. We’ve heard it many times: “If the burger tastes good, the Club’s doing great”. Make sure you know exactly how your members feel about your menus, food quality, beverage selection, and service levels. Measure these attributes over time to ensure that you’re maintaining high levels of satisfaction and/or demonstrating continuous improvement.
We will help you customize your questionnaire so that the tone and language are tailored to your Club and your dining venues. Beyond measures of menu, food, and service you can also include measures on atmosphere, dining schedule, dress code, the reservation system, special events, etc. Open-end questions will provide verbatim comments that may reveal issues and opportunities not specifically covered in the questionnaire.
Typically, dedicated dining surveys are conducted separately, and in addition to overall Club satisfaction surveys due to the depth and breadth of the topic. We recommend that these surveys be repeated whenever significant change occurs, such as chef turnover, significant menu change, or a shift in venue focus or positioning.
