Board and Committee Evaluation

A highly functioning Board and strong, productive committees are essential ingredients for a successful club or organization.  Clarity around roles, expectations, and performance are more easily accomplished when these characteristics are well defined and regularly measured. Board and Committee turnover, normal and expected within the Club environment, make it even more important to communicate and track performance on these critical attributes so that forward progress is consistently maintained.

We’ll work with you to create an appropriate list of custom-tailored effectiveness attributes covering areas such as organizational governance, member conduct, and meeting effectiveness. There may be other areas including input on short and medium-term priorities that may also be included. We will help you write questionnaires covering all the bases.

Typically, these surveys are self-evaluation tools where every Board/Committee member anonymously evaluates performance.  Our involvement in the execution and analysis makes everyone feel comfortable giving honest and open feedback. Our analysis will pave the way for information continuity and continuous improvement.
